I stopped taking Ozempic after five months. My Ozempic weight loss results after just five months surpassed my expectations. I lost 28 pounds and SIX inches off my waist!

But I do have regrets taking Ozempic off label for weight loss. Had I known what I know now, I would have asked my doctor about Wegovy or Mounjaro for weight loss instead of the semaglutide Ozempic.

To all my haters, there are many medications that are taken offlabel for various reasons. And yes...I tried losing weight so many other ways prior to deciding to opt for weekly injections in my stomach.

I tried Beachbody and MLMs. I tried a healthy diet and exercise. I tried keto. I tried caloric deficit and intermittent fasting.

The truth is...sometimes we need a little extra help to achieve our weight loss and fitness goals.
