A faulty oil cap installation forced my aerobatic display of P40 Warhawk "American Dream" at the 2018 Stuart, FL Airshow. It's a very simple mistake that anyone could have made. It's always a good idea to verify the security of the ap after someone adds oil... Anyway, we decided to turn it into a teaching moment.
