On 4/28 the Board will consider a number of incarcerated men and [one] woman, most who are serving a life sentence, for commutation. The Hearings are held virtually and open to the public, starting at 9am.

Everyone needs 5 votes accept long timer Felix Ocasio who needs 3 votes to be recommended to the Governor.
