Posible bang pumayat at maging healthy na gamit lang ang tubig? Oo naman!

On today's video, prolonged fasting o 5day water fast ang paguusapan natin. Ituturo ko sainyo kung paano ito gagawin ng safe at tama, mga paraan para mamaximize ang weight loss at para maiwasan ang side effects.

Low Carb Vegetables:

Green leafy vegetables (lettuce, spinach, kale.. etc)
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Mushroom
Cucumber
Celery
Talong
Okra
Zucchini
Bell pepper

weight and measurements aren't important for me, and my sister. we took it lang for this video pero we forgot to take our measurements before ibreak ung fast kaya hindi ko na lang sinama, heheh. as you can see, halos walang nabawas sa weight namin sa loob ng 3 days na pagfast, which is good news for us!

if you are doing a prolonged fast to lose weight at kakaonti lang ung weight na nabawas, wag mataranta. reasons:

1. naalis na ang water weight bago ka pa nagfasting. this is common sa mga nagkeketo/low carb na. yung malaking weight na nababawas kase sa prolonged fasting is just water weight.
2. nagwoworkout ka kasi. mabigat ang muscles, magaan na fluffy naman ang fats. ibig sabihin, lumiit ung katawan mo pero hindi ka gumaan dahil kay muscles.

would you rather weigh 55kg pero may flat na tyan at kasya sa size small to medium na damit, or, 50kg pero large to XL ang damit dahil sa excess water sa katawan at fats?

that's the same exact reason kung bakit hindi kame interesado malaman ung weight namin :)


common question: pwede ba uminom ng vitamins during fasting/prolonged fast?

answer: pwede naman, pero not advisable.

when we fast, ung katawan natin nasstress ng beri beri light. good stress un kase dahil dun nagaadapt ung katawan natin. ung "stress" din na un ung reason kung bakit madaming health benefits si prolonged fasting. pag iinom ka ng vitamins during fasting, mababawasan/mawawala na si "stress" kaya no need na din para magadapt ang katawan. babayu health benefits na din kaya more on fat lost na lang ung mangyayare. kaya mas healthy kung skip muna sa paginom ng vitamins. pero to answer the question, pwede naman uminom.
