In this video, I describe in detail, and demonstrate, the various aspects of using the Pacific Image "PowerSlide X" Batch Scanner and its CyberViewX5 scanning software. I also relate things I have learned while scanning a large collection of slides accumulated by my older relatives since the early 1950s.



So, this video is both a "what I learned", a set of pointers and suggestions, and a basic tutorial for using this particular slide scanner.


I did not find any other YouTube videos that gave the same kind of content, which is why I decided to make this video in the way that I did.
