https://fightson.net/paco/'>https://fightson.net/paco/ Paco Chierici creator and producer of "Speed & Angels" and author of "Lions of The Sky" went down to San Diego recently to get reacquainted with the Northrop F5, the plane he flew with VFC13 (The Saints) as a bandit or aggressor pilot for 10 years!

While there, he got to fly the Canadian 2 seat version of the F5 the CF5D and also the SIAI Marchetti S.211 2 seater trainer, with the goal (achieved!) of getting his Type Rating (certification) for both planes.

In this video, Paco talks through the whole adventure. Why he was there, what he did, and also makes some comparisons between the CF5 and the US Navy F5E's & F5N's he flew for 10 years as a bandit.
