A slow gentle start to today where I listened to my body and try to honour it by really slowing down and stop doing anything strenuous

I took time to simply photograph and advertise things I had I did not need, locally for share, swap or an exchange.

These little jobs had a huge impact and by the end of the day I had reclaimed more space, connected with more people and built up more supplies.

I ate well and rested throughout the day. Taking time to listen to a wonderful podcast by Joseph Goldstein about the Buddah

It's amazing how sometimes we have to be stopped by something bigger before we can really tune into ourselves again
