In this relaxing watercolor landscape tutorial I want to show the true power of painting with primary colors. A limited palette can be absolutely freeing and it always helps understand color theory and color mixing just a little bit better each time you paint.

Materials Used:

Watercolor paper: Saunders Waterford Paper (300 gsm) CP
Paints: Winsor&Newton, Daniel Smith
Colors used: Winsor Yellow, Quinacridone Rose, Cobalt Blue

Brushes: feel free to use your favorite brushes that you are used to painting with. Mine are mostly natural brushes (squirrel and sable).

‼If you don't have the exact same colors, pick any red, yellow and a blue in your arsenal. You might get a slightly different color palette, but you will be able to follow this tutorial and achieve a similar painting.
