Painting in the English Landscape plein air oils on paper

Today I am painting en plein air in a daffodil field somewhere in Cornwall. Using oil paints on paper I made this quick 50 minute oil sketch on a very grey, dull morning but I enjoyed myself.

Basil came along for the ride today as I knew it would be a quick sketch / painting.

Colours used today:
Warm White, Cad Yellow, Naples Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Cad Red, Magenta, Indian Red, Raw Sienna, Raw Umber, Violet, Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Ivory Black and Sap Green.

Mediums used:
Genuine Turpentine and a mix of Stand Oil and Turps
