Plein air painting in oils at Loe Beach, Feock, Cornwall during an Autumnal November morning.

The light was fairly dull except for the horizon and I really liked the zigzag shapes of the rocks in the foreground which drew my eye into the scene.

I thoroughly enjoyed my morning painting in oils on this quiet beach. I made some minor alterations to the painting in the studio whilst it was still wet, which I felt made it a better painting. It will be one for my exhibition next summer 2022 in Truro.
