Average person spends approx.. 26 years of their life sleeping, which brings Helen and Barbara to talk about pjs, beddings, and your overall sleep environment.
PJ’s do a lot of things: temp, cozy, fun, relaxing, covering, etc.
What were your fave PJ’s ever?

Sleeping in the buff and then go to bedding and mattresses:

Fabric in bedding and and mattresses, pillows, eye pillows, silks, etc.
Natural fiber and avoiding harsh detergents.
Fabrics to be soft, fit well, keep you clean, keep you cool (circadian rhythm sleep cycle body temp drops)
Skin largest organ absorbing whatever we put on it. Silk pillowcases, pjs, eyepillows are soft, nonirritating and regulate body temperature.
Sleep in and on natural and organic fibers such as silk, hemp, cotton and bamboo, especially if you experience night sweats.
