Braised lentil: 1 carrot, 1 celery, 1/2 an onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of lentil, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1 Tbsp of cumin, lemon juice.
Arugula salad: Handful of Arugula, lemon juice, olive oil
