Pan de Muerto Mexican Bread Recipe

In Mexico we are already in the season of Pan de Muerto and since October we start to consume it with a very hot chocolate. And I think I had already told you that this is my favorite Mexican Bread and I couldn't miss it this year, so I am sharing it with you in different presentations that you will love, follow me to the Recipe.

Ingredientes 8 Panes Individuales:
500 gr de Harina de Fuerza 12 a 13% o Harina Común (11 %) (3 3/4Taza).
3 Huevos ( 150 gr de líquidos).
110 a 120 gr/ml de Leche Tibia ( yo use 115 gr, 1/2 Taza).
50 ml de Jugo de Naranja (1/4 Taza).
120 gr de Mantequilla sin sal + 30 gr de Aceite neutro (o solo 150 gr de Mantequilla).
7 gr de Sal (1 1/4 Cdta al
ras).
7 gr de Levadura seca (2 1/4 cdtas) o 21 gr de Levadura fresca.
La ralladura de 1 Naranja dulce.
90 gr de Azúcar + 10 gr de Azucar vainillada o 100 gr de azucar (1/2 taza).
Para decorar:
Ajonjoli y barnizar pan antes de hornear con huevo.
Mantequilla derretida + azucar.
Mantequilla derretida+ azucar y chocolate rallado.
Chocolate derretido con 1 cda de mantequilla + chocolate para espolvorear.

Ingredients 8 Individual Loaves:
500 gr of 12 to 13% Strong Flour or Common Flour (11%) (3 3/4 Cup).
3 Eggs (150 gr of liquids).
110 to 120 gr/ml of Warm Milk (I used 115 gr, 1/2 Cup).
50 ml of Orange Juice (1/4 Cup).
120 gr of Unsalted Butter + 30 gr of Neutral Oil (or just 150 gr of Butter).
7 gr of Salt (1 1/4 level tsp).
7 gr of Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp) or 21 gr of Fresh Yeast.
The zest of 1 Sweet Orange.
90 gr of Sugar + 10 gr of Vanilla Sugar or 100 gr of Sugar (1/2 Cup).
To decorate:
Sesame seeds and glaze bread before baking with egg.
Melted butter + sugar.
Melted butter + sugar and grated chocolate.
Melted chocolate with 1 tbsp of butter + chocolate to sprinkle.
