Pan-fried honey bread | No oven! Just as tasty as baked one!

• Ingredients: Panfried Honey bread
Eggs 2(about 60 grams each, use cold ones on hot days), 0:35,
Milk 180 grams (use cold ones on hot days) 0:44,
White granular sugar 80 grams, 0:47,
Yeast powder 5 grams, 0:50,
Highprotein flour 500 grams, 1:00,
Powdered milk 20 grams, 1:04,
Butter 50 grams, 1:16,
Salt 2 grams, 1:19,
• The diameter of the frying pan is 24 cm, and the above ingredients can make just 20 breads. Brush the pan with much oil. After the breads have risen, heat them until there is a slight "sizzling" sound, then add 200 grams of room temperature water(3:53), and then cover the pan with a lid. Be sure to fry slowly over low heat. Do not open the lid for the first 5 minutes. You can check the color of the bottom after about 8 minutes. The bread will get welldone in about 12 minutes. Then sprinkle some sesame seeds on them, turn them over and fry the other side for a while. Finally, brush them with some honey and some sugar. If you use a gas stove, the breads will receive uneven heat and you will have to keep moving the breads.
