My Rules:
Work on 4 eyeshadows at a time with the goal of hitting pan.
I may roll out a shade before hitting pan once I have used it at least 30 times over the course of at least 3 months.
If a shade is too similar to another shade I am panning, or a shade in my Pan That Palette, I will reroll for a different shade.
