If you like fish main courses, panfried salmon with cherry tomatoes is just what you need. It is very easy to prepare and also very quick, it is definitely one of my favorite dishes. I just recommend not to touch the salmon in the pan at all until it forms a delicious crust.

It is a very tasty but very simple second course and it is also perfect for those who are not exactly at ease in the kitchen, but still want to try something special.

► Ingredients for preparing salmon with cherry tomatoes:
Fresh salmon 4 pieces of 250 gr each
Cherry tomatoes 350 gr
2 garlic cloves poached
Salt to taste.
Pepper as needed.
EVO oil q.s.
