This was my 37th solo flight since training.

On this Tuesday, I wasn't sure if it would be worth going flying, as heavy cloud cover was forecasted. However, after much deliberation, I decided to take the risk and go flying that day.

The first few minutes of my flight didn't go well at all, and I had already given up hope of gaining any altitude. Fortunately, a thermal unexpectedly emerged, which I hadn't counted on.
