This is a Mii tutorial of PaRappa the Rapper! PaRappa is an older character but still a lotta people recognize, and I never played the games where he originates from but it’s pretty obvious he’s a rapping dog lol
It was tricky to decide to make the hat red or orange, because he is shown wearing both, but it seems that he is mainly seen wearing orange so I went with that.

Also sorry if you heard some noises in the background, those are just the sounds of an old cat lol
