Concerned parents told WRAL News they have pulled their children from care at The Goddard School of Raleigh (North) after one of the owners of the facility, Malay Jindal, 58, was arrested on a sex offense charge.
Charges were filed Thursday, but parents were first notified that Jindal was under investigation in August.

“We immediately pulled our child from the school and will not be returning," said one parent, who asked not to be identified.

"Our trust in the school has been completely broken. I am so disgusted by how this handled! They just kept cashing our tuition checks."

Parents reported seeing Jindal's wife, Vinetta regularly as the investigation played out.

“Vinetta was there everyday after the letter went out,” a parent told WRAL News.

“When this all happened, we talked to his wife Vinetta, and she was visibly upset, but we tried to give the owners the benefit of the doubt, and not make drastic moves to pull our child out,” another parent said.
