Our free Fitness Friday video series focuses each week on one aspect of fitness designed to support people living with Parkinson’s. This series is designed to build on itself and is a great tool for people with Parkinson’s, but also for physical therapists looking for ways to properly support and engage clients living with Parkinson’s.
Join Polly Caprio of Power for Parkinson’s for a class designed to stimulate the brain/body connection and give you a full workout head (or brain) to toe. Power for Parkinson's offers multiple free exercise, dance, and singing classes in the Austin, Texas area. They also offer a free home exercise video library on YouTube you can access at / powerforparkinsons . Their program is at the forefront of a new movement in managing Parkinson's disease, and we hope you will join them soon! You can learn more about Power for Parkinson's at www.powerforparkinsons.org.
