Our free Fitness Friday video series focuses each week on one aspect of fitness designed to support people living with Parkinson’s. This series is designed to build on itself and is a great tool for people with Parkinson’s, but also for physical therapists looking for ways to properly support and engage clients living with Parkinson’s.

LSVT LOUD® Certified Speechlanguage Pathologist Angela Halpern will guide you through exercises which are part of an LSVT LOUD therapy session for people with Parkinson’s disease. LSVT LOUD focuses on increasing your vocal loudness to a level that is normal and healthy. This helps others to be able to hear and understand what you are saying. No more “what did you say?” questions! You will discover what makes LSVT LOUD unique and effective, as well as how to find therapists who provide LSVT LOUD inperson or via telehealth. Learn how to empower yourself to keep your voice strong at www.lsvtglobal.com!
