D Mills is back at the Eastbourne Summer Course Parkrun but unfortunately it's not very summery!

Wind and rain are lashing down, but D Mills is hoping to still put in a good show starting at 4:10/KM, speeding up every 1KM by 10seconds to finish the final 1KM in 3:30/KM.
