Parrying and Punishing Hoyokou-Sen with Every Character (Third Strike)
ChunLi Super Art 2. Considered the best Super in the game by most. It deals great damage, you can combo out of it, and you get two charges. Parrying it is what is known as a Daigo parry (after Daigo Umehara). I'll be doing that with every character.
