This second part is my message to the Family Justice System, and how the correct and consistent application of the revised (2017) Practice Direction 12J can make a real difference in protecting the victims of domestic abuse. It can also reduce the burden on the family Courts, by identifying and dealing with persistent applications from abusers early and effectively.
