A 3 day stop in Bundi was suggested by a friend and it was a good call. I liked the fact that it was smaller than my first 2 cities and as such it allowed me to get a bit more personal with the locals, the few of whom I saw every day. Having taken their photos one day I responded in kind with a delivery of their faces in print the next. That giving felt good. I also spent a day with Kookie Sharma, a local archeologist, who took me out on a motorcycle day trip to see some prehistoric rock paintings.
