Tucked away in West Ealing, London is a corner of authentic Neapolitan cuisine. I met with Gaetano, who has just opened his pastry shop here. Everything on the menu at his shop is traditionally Neapolitan, but there is one thing that he has made truly his: the Pastiera, a ricotta cake that's traditionally eaten around Easter, but that we can find all year round at his shop. He showed me how he makes it following his family recipe.
