Pathways’s main aim is to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to think about their futures in education and career pathways. They achieve this by working with local colleges and universities in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Starting in 2018, Colab has worked with Pathways on multiple projects to create educational and training video series to be shared around local schools and educational organisations. These videos discuss topics such as helping neurodiverse students start university and collaborating with the LLEP to explore the World of Work throughout the different local sectors.

We’re invested in the continued collaboration with Pathways to share and inspire education and career development opportunities throughout Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland.
