You can make payroll corrections in QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium and Elite without contacting support. So long as the payroll taxes haven't been filed, and, if you’re using the integrated workers’ compensation partner, it isn’t past the pay date yet then you can do your own corrections. You can Void, Edit or Delete all paper paychecks, Void processed direct deposit paychecks and Edit or Delete unprocessed direct deposit paychecks.
