Peach Cobbler
1 stick Butter
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
Pinch Salt
11/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
2 15 ounce can Sliced Peaches wirh some of the juice
Place butter in a casserole dish and put in a 350degree F oven until melted. In a mixing bowl place the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Whisk together and add the milk. Stir together. Pour the mixture into the melted butter and do not stir. Spoon the peaches on top and bake 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
