PEACH XXL 2 FLAVOUR PIE with CUSTARD CREAM and CHOCOLATE CREAM

Do you know Sweet Peaches? They are typical desserts that resemble (only for the shape) Peaches!
Here today to avoid making more effort to make many I wanted to make a single XXL PEACH CROSTATA much more practical and quick!
And I must say also beautiful to look at, and what can I say… VERY GOOD!
Since Sweet Peaches are filled with both custard and chocolate cream, to make sure we don't miss anything I made it half and half!

180° Static 175° Fan assisted for about 2530 minutes (always in the oven already at temperature)

INGREDIENTS for the SHORTCRUST PASTRY:
500 g 00 Flour
2 Eggs
100 g Sugar
100 g Milk
120 g Seed oil (or 100 g Butter)
6 g Baking powder

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CREAM: video here    • CREMA PASTICCERA CLASSICA e al CIOCCO...  
500 ml Milk (also lactosefree)
2 Egg yolks
45 g Corn starch (or 00 Flour)
90 g Sugar
Vanilla extract
100 g Dark chocolate

To complete:
ALKERMES red liqueur
Granulated sugar
