Pedestrianizing a College Campus with the Plazas and Promenades DLC | Verde Beach 101

Hello everyone and welcome back to Verde Beach! With the release of the Plazas and Promenades DLC, it seems like a good opportunity to revisit the Goodall Institute and attempt to pedestrianize the university. The goal would be to make the campus more pedestrian friendly, more attractive, AND allow fire service to penetrate the campus.
