Good Morning. Here is our First Christmas Video for 2017! While we've chased the Pere Marquette 1225. We finally chased the train on the excursion she is well known for. The North Pole Express from Owosso to Ashley & back. Set chased her two weeks before she got the JClass Whistle. Set was also there and caught the Deer almost getting hit by 1225 outside of Bannister at 25:23 Also Set got footage of the Grand Trunk Western 5632

Note if you notice the video in Ashley seems out of Snyc it is because i edited it with other 1225 videos i had because of all the Christmas Music playing. I only kept the whistle blasts that drowned out the music. Also we ALWAYS use tripods since last December. But there was a few spots where i knew if i had a tripod i wouldn't be able to make it to back to my Vehicle.

On Saturday November 18th, Set was in Michigan one last time for the year. To chase the Real Polar Express, the Pere Marquette 1225 on the North Pole Express excursion. The 1225 was the Basis for the locomotive for the Book & Movie. While there isn't a whole lot of places to catch 1225 on this excursion, Set mainly wanted to get a few night shots. He only got one at Carland, because weather wise it was an interesting day, it started out just cloudy. Then when in Ashley it started raining. Then just as the 5 PM Run started the rain turned to snow. Which caused Set to miss his last shot. After this Set drove home in a Snow storm which he got a head out outside of Flint. But it was a fun chase and until next year which hopefully will chase 1225 again! They switched out the Diesel after the first run, and the 1225 pushed the train back into the yard.

It's the Christmas Time! Other then the Planespotting video which could be considered out Christmas Time Planespotting, the rest of the videos this year are Christmas themed! Action, Set & Roll were out this past weekend chasing the Viscose Company 6 again during the start of there Santa Express weekend.
