PRODUCTS:

250 ml of milk
20 g of sugar
20 g of vanilla sugar
33 g of Dukhmyan Khata yeast

Orange poppy:
1 medium orange
100 ml of water

120 g of dry ground poppy seeds
Wash the orange well, cut it into pieces together with the peel, remove the stones. Add sugar and water to the orange. Boil for 7 minutes and grind everything together with a blender until smooth. Add dry ground poppy seeds to the hot mass and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until the mass becomes thick.

Caramelized bananas:
75 g of sugar
60 ml of cream 3336%
15 g of butter
3 medium bananas
Melt the sugar in a pan, stir in the hot cream until smooth, and then the soft butter. Add sliced bananas (thickness 11.5 cm) and simmer for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Cool down.

Lemon curd:
3 eggs
190 g of sugar
150 ml of lemon juice
10 g of corn starch
1 tsp. Lemon peel
Stir, bring to a boil while stirring, rub through a sieve, stir in 35 g of butter, cool.
