Ingredients:
500g of unsalted butter to the point of ointment (soft) or (unsalted butter)
500g of icing sugar (powdered sugar)
80ml of milk (9 tablespoons)
With this amount of cream you can cover a cake 15 cm in diameter by 10 cm high + 12 cupcakes with short, rosettetype decoration.

This cream is kept in the fridge for 7 days.
You can even freeze it, but whenever you reuse it, you should leave it out at room temperature until it's done.
It is a cream that Holds well at Room Temperature for 5 hours or more, but does NOT hold very HIGH Temperatures.
