7Homemade Red Wine
This is easy Homemade Red wine, which has beautiful silky and smooth texture...


Ingredients:
Black grapes 1.5 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Water 2 lts
Yeast 3/4 tsp
Whole wheat handfull
Cinnamon 1"
cloves 2

Tips & Notes:
1. Sterilise all the utensils, spatula and bottle by washing and drying under sun.
2. Increase or decrease sugar as per your taste.
3. Taste the wine on 10th day and if you feel sugar is less, feel free to add.
4. Use wine yeast if you can arrange for it..This is best for making wine.
5. Using Eggwhites is safe...as the alcohol content in the wine will kill bacteria if any..
6. Wine tastes best if you mature it for some months...
7. Use dark Grapes to get good colour..
