I have an easy way to utilize stats growth in final fantasy tactics advance. I refer to this as perfect stats training in ffta. In order to do this, first make sure you completed the first few main mission, stop before doing desert patrol. Next make sure you have taking the time to recruit the characters you wanted which can be done via completing dispatch missions and race wanted missions. once you do this make sure you have the wanted mission frosty mage. This mission objective allows you to exploit the game in which you can max out all characters without trying. In the video I use marche and a viera as examples in order to show its possible.
