Many a time, students of engineering and science end up getting low marks in exams despite putting in, what they feel, a lot of hard work.

In this video, I discuss the reasons behind this, some tips to overcome this situation, and discuss what happens in the long run.

I ask students to first introspect what they think as hard work is indeed so. I discuss what real hard work actually entails.

I also discuss that working hard is like a superpower that students must never give up on!
