The second installment on my interview with Brendon Cole another excerpt from my Talking Tissue podcast with Brendon Cole : Gold Medal Commonwealth/2012 Olympic Games 400 meter Hurdles, Soft Tissue Therapist , Performance/Strength coach .

This time we chat about his struggle with Injury that nearly ended his athletic career, i was lucky enough to work with Brendan to help him overcome a Pes Anserine condition ( medial knee pain condition) that stopped him for 2 plus years , after multiple injections and finally surgery , Brendon was back to square one and seriously considering giving up his ambitions.

Brendan at the time was a soft tissue therapist student at Victoria University and i was able to expose him to the impact of result driven soft tissue therapy that focuses on extrinsic regions that have impacts on certain pathologies. Yes you may have a medial knee pain condition but there other areas that will contribute unwarranted stress to your medial knee pain condition.
