Sit on the floor or your bed, and bend your affected leg at your knee to 90 degrees. Pull your foot and toes towards you. This is the start of the exercise. Begin by relaxing your toes and foot, and straightening your leg. At the end of the movement, bend your foot inwards. Return to the start position by relaxing your foot, bending the leg, and then pulling the toes and foot towards you.
