Another chat about depression because it is something that I go through regularly. But this month I recognized a depressive episode at the beginning of it instead of trying to ignore it and denying what it is until I can’t deny it anymore. During the video I did say maybe it isn’t a depressive episode and I called it too early, but I didn’t and it was and it lasted about 2 weeks. Also, I did open my window and lay in the sun after I filmed this.
