This video will give you a rough idea on how to start your process of applying for a personal loan in Germany. The process is all over same in all the banks. They might be a slight difference in the document process so in addition to the documents what I have mentioned in this video they may ask one or 2 extra documents like house agreement or any other address proof if necessary.

This loan is for the employees who earn in Germany but not specifically for the students. The student loans might completely differ in the process and the documentation as well.

The amount of loan you may sactioned depends up on several factors like your blue card/resident permit validity, schufa remarks, salary (nett).

If your partner is also working then you can request loan for both and in this case you will have higher chances that you will receive the full loan you have been requested.
