One of the most common sayings in security is that humans or the people are the weakest links. Think about it…people are involved in almost every aspect of security whether it’s the development, deployment, or ongoing administration of any solution. Employees are a valuable part of an organization, however if we don’t put the proper personnel security and risk management inplace, malicious employees can cause a lot of harm. Some of the harm that can be caused by our employees might even be unintentional, but the outcome is the same and ends it disaster for the company.

In this video, we are going to talk about some of the ways we can use personnel security and risk management to protect the organization from malicious employees causing damage. Likewise, by implementing these strategies we can improve our overall security program.
