Here is a personal history of Perth's suburban diesel Railcars, seen through my eyes, a railway enthusiast from the age of 6, when I received my first train set. As an added bonus, I have included the visit of locomotive 3801 from N.S.W for our bicentennial, and a year later, the Flying Scotsman and Pendennis Castle. There is also a window into steam at the East Perth Loco.
