Pelvic skew is a pathological condition caused primarily by muscle imbalance.
The main reasons are a sedentary lifestyle and lack of physical activity. This list also includes incorrect movements that we perform in everyday life, "onesided" sports elements, accidents and various kinds of injuries.
To date, the most common indicator signaling pelvic distortion is back and joint pain.
