Peter Rabbit is a fictional anthropomorphic character in a children's book series of the English natural scientist and writer, illustrator Beatrix Potter. He appeared for the first time in 1902 and between 1904 and 1912 in five subsequent books, has been an Easter mascot, and had 2 TV Shows, being The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends (1992) which did TV adaptions of 9 different Beatrix Potter stories (some of them were even combined) and Peter Rabbit (2012) which features Peter and friends as much younger rabbits.
