This is a video how to renew the coolant or antifreeze in a Peugeot 307 1.6 petrol version (2008; ~46,000 miles; TU5JP4 engine; 110bhp).

A word of caution, always bleed the coolant when the engine is cold! The system is under pressure, imagine a pressure cooker and you do not want hot coolant spray on your hands/eyes. Wear protective glasses.

This video is the complete procedure of changing the coolant, including the two bleeding points. The level of the second bleeding point is above the level of the coolant/antifreeze reservoir, so there is no need for a header tank. If you want to see how one can use a header tank here is a video of how to to it:    • 1.6HDi Coolant/antifreeze change (Peu...
One can also (on a cold engine) open the coolant reservoir tank cap and run the engine until no more air bubbles come out in the coolant reservoir and the radiator fan has kicked in. Be careful though with this, the coolant may boil over the tank and spill coolant everywhere.
Total coolant capacity is 6.2L, but there will always be some left in the engine. 5L coolant bottle should be enough to replace the coolant.

I am using Halfords' OAT red coolant/antifreeze.
The original coolant/antifreeze that Peugeot recommends for the Peugeot 307 is Glysantin G33. One can also use G30 and the G30 can be bought from ebay: https://ebay.us/3padZT
