This activity is designed for primary care physicians and advanced practice providers.

Statement of Need
Practice rapidly evolves with the development of new pharmacological interventions. Providers are not always aware of the latest pharmacology guidelines and updates in the treatment of chronic medical conditions.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this offering, the participant will be able to:
1. Review pharmacology of SGLT2 inhibitors.
2. Interpret guideline recommendations for SGLT2 inhibitor use.
3. Apply evidencebased recommendations to patient case.
