Synopsis:
"Phas Gaye Re Obama" (2010) is a hilarious Hindi comedy that takes a satirical look at the global recession and its impact on the Indian underworld. The film follows Om Shastri, played by Rajat Kapoor, an NRI businessman who returns to India after losing everything in the economic downturn. What follows is a series of comic misadventures as he gets entangled with local gangsters and kidnappers, including the formidable Munni Madam (Neha Dhupia) and the bumbling gangster Bhaisaab (Sanjay Mishra).
