Stephane Richer notches a goal and an assist, while Scott Neidermayer adds two assists for New Jersey. Claude Lemieux, Randy McKay and Brian Rolston also score for the Devils, and Martin Brodeur only faces 16 shots to get the win in net. Jim Montgomery and Mikael Renberg score for the Flyers, with Ron Hextall taking the loss in the Philadelphia crease.
