পূর্ণিমা ঠাকুর এ রান্না খেয়েছিলেন তাঁর এক ভাগ্নীর হাতে। এমনই আপ্লুত হন, যে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সে রান্নার প্রণালী টুকে রাখতে ভুল হয়নি তাঁর। সে রান্না স্থান পায় তাঁর বইয়ে। আজ এ রান্না আমাদের চ্যানেলে আনতে পেরে আমরা ধন্য।
